Pepperjack keeps your lists on its own secure sync backend, tied to the account you sign in with. That's what lets a change you make on the couch show up in someone else's hand in the aisle, seconds later.
What this means in practice
- One tap to sign in. Your account is anchored to Sign in with Apple or to your phone number. There's no password to invent and none to reset.
- Sharing is invite-only. A shared list is visible to the people you invite and nobody else.
- Sync is automatic and usually instant. Changes travel from your device to Pepperjack and out to everyone else on the list.
- Your data follows your account. New phone, same lists — sign in and everything is there.
